Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. Many items in this auction can be shipped but we encourage you to call first before you bid to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday Sept 15th, 2023 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms.
Many items in this auction can be shipped but we encourage you to call first before you bid to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped. If you do not call and we are unable to ship your items you are still responsible to pay in full for the items you have winning bids on. Items that are shipped must fit in USPS Priority Mail boxes or standard mail boxes and envelopes. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are actual shipping cost + $7.50 for small and medium boxes and + $10.00 for large boxes (there may be additional added fees for larger orders that require more materials to ship safely.) Insurance costs will be automatically added for orders over $50.00 unless buyer declines by email, verbal message or signed letter. Shipments will only be sent out to verified credit card billing addresses unless pre-approval has been made by Auctioneer. Firearms may only be shipped to a FFL dealer. Ammunition may only be shipped by UPS Ground.

Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday Sept 12th from 4pm until 7pm. All other times are by appointment only. Open House location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041.
Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday Sept 14th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm and Friday Sept 15th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday Sept 15th if you cannot make it during this time to make other arrangements if possible. All invoices must be paid during this time without exception. NOTE - There will be NO Satuday or Sunday pickup times available for this auction and everything must be picked up by Friday as our business will be closed over the weekend.
