This online-only Auctions will begin to close at 6:00pm on THURSDAY OCTOBER 5th 2023, lots will be closing every 15 seconds. Soft close will be applied to this auction, any bids made within the last 1 minute of closing will reset the bid clock by an additional 2 minutes after the last bid is placed. 2. Preview by appointment only 3. Pickup will be held on SUNDAY OCTOBER 8th from 1-6pm, if ou are unable to pick up on 10/8 arrangements must be made before 10/6. Bring your own help to load heavy items, and boxes if needed. 4. Property damage caused by the buyer will be at the buyers expense 5. S.D.
