INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 18% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.18 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Arlington Estate: Part 1. This is an entire state to include vehicles, tools, household items, furniture, lamps, toys, books, pyrex, vintage toys, collectibles, and much more. This will be a 2 or 3 part auction. PICKUP IS IN ARLINGTON, WA ON SATURDAY 9/23/23 between 10 am and 5 p.m. There is a 2nd Pickup on Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm ONLY. The pickup location will be given to the high bidders and is near the Arlington airport.
