IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DATE, SATURDAY 9/9/23, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A $20 LATE FEE. BEGINNING 09/01/2023. This is a multi-estate sale, with pickup at two different locations. These are within close proximity, roughly 6 miles apart. On your winning invoices, you will see lot numbers with and without letters. If you won a lot that just has a number, that means those items are at the location: 20530 Middle Road, Weston, MO 64098. If you won a lot that ends in a letter, that means your items are at the location: 366 Main Street, Weston, MO 64098. If you win items that have a lot number with and without a letter, then you will have to pick up at both locations. You will only have to pay at your first location. Please make sure to bring your paid invoice to the second location to ensure you get the correct items. Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Due to the passing of Mr. Earl Miller, Hiatt Auction has been asked to sell his estate. Mr. Miller was a resident of Weston for many years. He was a skilled mechanic, and fabricator who collected and created many unique pieces over the years. His estate include's metal and wood working tools, both electric and hand held. He also had a small collection of antique riding mowers which are listed, as well as a Ford 5000 diesel tractor and a twin axle bumper pull trailer.
