Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Dickey & Associates Auctioneers shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. We make no guarentees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarentee of the above. BUYERS PREMIUM: **Be Advised that the buyers premium will be adjusted per item on the higher priced items!
The per item schedule is as follows: individual items that are under $1,999.00 will be at the normal 12% Buyers premium.
$2,000.00 to $3,999.00 will be charged at 10%.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Debit card, or good cashable check the day of sale. Payment must be made at pickup the day of pickup. If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged! If you are unable to pick up your items at the posted pickup times call Dave 308-249-4141 to make arrangments or your card will be charged a $20 service fee. There is a $50.00 insuffient funds check fee. A 5.5% Nebraska Sales Tax will apply to all Purchases Except Vehicles.
TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Firearms and Ammo: All Firearm Transactions will be handes a certified FFL Dealer and all local,state and federal laws will be strictly adhered to. Additional handling an shipping fees as determined by dealer will be clearly disclosed at time of sale. Al Primers and Powder will be picked up at Auction site in person. Be advised that any ammo purchased that the auction is marked Antique or Vintage is exactly that and is not under any circumstances to be consumed in any firearm. The lots of ammo in those auctions are for collector purposes only!! In other words feel free to Collect those items,However Dont Shoot the stuff!! Some of the rounds in any given box might be or might not be handloaded. NO EXCEPTIONS!
