Auction Terms and Conditions 1. Please read and review the terms and conditions thoroughly prior to bidding. If you have not read and understand these terms, please do no bid. By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions. 2. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. Any purchase over $3000 will require certified funds including: Certified Bank Check, Wire Transfer or ACH transaction. Any person paying over $10,000 cash will be required to fill out IRS From 8300 when paying for purchases 3. 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a VALID Resale Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with Jenkins Auction Online. NO EXCEPTIONS 4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases, please factor into your bidding. 5. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" . Buyer should satisfy themselves to the condition of all items regardless of description, attending auction preview is highly recommended. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted. 6. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the purchaser. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the purchaser. 7. All items not picked up during scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company. 8. Shipping or delivery is the buyer's responsibility, no one with Jenkins Auctions will be able to assist with arranging any delivery or shipping. 9. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Jenkins Auction Online shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 10. Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to refuse or reject the bidding of any buyer that is not in the best interest of the seller. 11.
