• All items are sold as is where is. No Warranties, No Guarantees. • Buyer must make full payment by end the of the day on 8/23/23 or the sales order will be deemed abandoned. Once deemed abandoned, buyer forfeits right to goods. • Assets will be rigged out by vendor of Nemak's choice, and the rigging/removal cost will be charged to the winning buyer(s) on a per-asset basis and will be billed on buyers' sales orders as a line item for each asset(s). Aucto will notify buyers as assets are rigged out to communicate that they are ready to be picked up. Buyers must pick up their items within 7 business days of receiving notice that assets are ready for pick-up, unless Seller or Aucto communicates otherwise in writing. If asset(s) are not picked up within 7 business days of receiving notice that they are ready for pickup, Buyer forfeits goods and associated monies paid. • Pick up appointments will be scheduled directly through Aucto. Appointments must be scheduled in advance with minimum 48 hr notice. Aucto will notify buyer that asset(s) is ready for pick up and will provide the buyer with the pickup window availability at that time. Buyer will promptly select from the availability and hard book a pick up appointment, but no more than 7 business days from receiving notice that assets are ready for pick-up. For questions about pick up appointments, please email support@aucto.com. • Seller will sign buyer-provided BOL upon Buyer's arrival to acknowledge equipment being released to buyer or buyer's shipper. • All equipment must be removed no later than 9/15/23. If not removed by this deadline, Buyer will forfeit all goods and monies and no refunds will be provided. • These terms can't be amended except via a written, agreed-upon amendment signed by duly-authorized representatives of both parties.
