The Real Estate consists of 2 parcels and will be offered at Noon

Parcel 1: 15.3 acres farmstead includes a late 1800’s farmhouse with a large 1980 addition. The 2^nd floor has 2 rooms previously used as bedrooms. The acreage has road frontage on both Alert New London and Cann Rd. The home has well water, but city water is available on both roads. Parcel 2: 15.3 acres which has access on a common drive off of Cann Rd. City water is available off the common drive and the drive has a recorded maintenance agreement. The property has some open areas and then more wooded as you go down the driveway.

Terms on the Real Estate: We will offer each tract individually and as a whole. The real estate will sell to whichever way creates the highest value. A $25,000 nonrefundable down payment is required per tract from the highest bidder made payable to Cornerstone Realty Inc. Trust Account, sign a purchase agreement and close on the property on or before October 13, 2023. The purchase agreement has no contingencies; have your financing, inspections, and due diligence arranged before the auction. Immediate possession after closing. The seller will pay the real estate taxes to the day of closing.

We will begin the auction at 10 a.m. with the following sale order: Studebaker truck, John Deere Gator, Scag mower, van, tent, welder, logs, tractors, implements, and the items on the hay wagons. After the large items sell at approximately 10:30 we will run 2 auction rings simultaneously. One on the household and the other ring will sell farm and garage items. You must keep track of your purchases.
