DISPUTES: The Auctioneers shall designate the winning bidder after each item is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneers reserve the right to reopen the bidding between the bidders involved. The Auctioneer�s designation of a buyer shall be final.
BUYER�S RESPONSIBILITY: After a Bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item, even though they may not have paid for the item yet. ADDITION TO OR WITHDRAWL FROM SALE: The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any item(s), or to sell at the auction any item(s) not listed, or to group one or more items or lots into one or more selling lots, or to subdivide any lots into two or more selling lots.
REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the sole expense, liability and risk of the Bidder. Upon failure of the Bidder to remove any item or lot within the time frame announced at the auction, the Auctioneer shall have the option of removing and storing such items or lots at the sold expense and risk of the Bidder.
