4. Taco's Treasures and Trinkets offers online bidding through Auction Flex/HiBid and the Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly before and during the auction.
Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Taco's Treasures and Trinkets or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.
Taco's Treasures and Trinkets will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
5. Some items may be sold with a reserve amount and will not be considered sold if the reserve is not met.
Seller reserves the right to withdraw, add or re-catalog items or cancel the auction.
6. Items must be paid in full prior to removal from the auction site.
All items are to be removed on the pickup days noted, unless arrangement is made prior to bidding.
ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON PICKUP DATES WILL BE FORFITED AND CARD WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MADE.
7. Shipping will be done in a timely manner. SHipping will be done in the most cost effective, efficiant way for both buyer and seller.
KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SIZE, SHAPE, WEIGHT, DEGREE OF FRAGILITY, ALL FACTOR INTO THE COSTS OF SHIPPING.
Shipping will be auctomatic for buyers who are 50 miles away from seller or over.
50 miles over is from where sellers location is to the city and state of buyer not the direct home address..
8. All auction purchases will be settled by charge to card on file.
IF CARD INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DO NOT MATCH ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED!
9. Buyer agress to pay 15% buyer premium and any shipping and handling if applicable.
10. Once package is shipped seller is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We will do our best to ensure your package is adequately wrapped.
Insurance will be added to packages totaling $200 or more or if fragile.
11. If you can not make the listed pick up times you must reach out to us by 8pm central on the first listed pickup day or before.
If no arrangements or contact is made items may be forfitted at our discression without refund.
12. By bidding on items you agree to shipping charges if items are shippable. If buying larger items expect a larger shipping and handeling fee.
If you bid on items outside of 50 miles please be aware we WILL ship your items.
If you request an estimate after the auction is over and you have bid and won the item we WILL ship your item.
If we do ship the items we WILL NOT issue a refund as it is up to the buyer to determine if it is worth shipping items.
These are onyl ESTIMATES we do not control shipping costs.

Auction dates are 8/11 to 8/20
Pick up time will be, 8/22 to 8/23 from 9am to 6pm other times can be arranged if contacted before the end of auction.
If you need shipping within 50 miles of the city and state on your account (not based off of your home address), please leave a note for us otherwise we will assume you want shipping.
