Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Items/lots not paid for within 8 days (including weekends, holiday and business days) of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. Buyer specifically WAIVES the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Invoice(s) over $500.00 will require payment via cash/wire transfer/Zelle/cashiers check as the only method of payment. All new Hibid accounts under 6 months of age may be required to pay via cash/wire transfer/Zelle/certified check. Requests to pay by cash at pick up should be sent to �support@agelessauctions.com� prior to the conclusion of the auction. All items will be shipped to the credit card billing address of record unless you would like to pay by Zelle or wire transfer. Resellers must submit a valid 2023 resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged on all in-state transactions. BIDDING: All items are sold/shown "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy.
