Unless annotated in the vehicle description, all vehicles will sell with reserve. There are 2 ways the vehicles are sold: 1.) Vehicles sold on a RED LIGHT are "As-Is" - They have NO Warranty or Guarantee of any kind and cannot be rejected for any reason. **PLEASE INSPECT THESE VEHICLES** 2.) Vehicles sold on a GREEN LIGHT (10 years or newer and 160000 miles or less) have a "Sale Guarantee" - which means the motor and drive train components are guaranteed until 6 P.M. the day of the sale or 50 miles. VEHICLE MUST BE RETURNED TO AUCTION PRIOR TO ARBITRATION. NO VEHICLE WILL BE ARBITRATED AFTER 6 PM THE DAY OF THE SALE. The final bid becomes an oral contract that becomes legally binding when the auctioneer says "Sold". "All Sales are final" You cannot cancel this contract simply because you changed your mind or the vehicle costs too much. Ox and Son Auto Auction of Great Falls has teamed up with Lithia to offer the remaining office equpment at auction on Aug31st! The doors will open at 9 and the auciton will begin at 10am. The vehicles will sell across the auction block starting at 12pm. The vehicles will be sold pending bank approval. All office equipment will sell without reserve with the exception of a few items.
