Tax, Title, and License is the responsibility of buyer to register vehicle in their particular State. Title will be provided to buyer by 3 River’s Trading within 45 days after payment and pick up of vehicle. In accordance with ND laws, the title and paid invoice will be given to the Buyer upon payment. It is then the responsibility of the buyer to bring the title and purchase agreement to their local DMV to transfer the title to their name. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the title transfer process. Vehicle Processing Fee of $99.00 will be directly added to the Invoice
