1. All winning bids will require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card purchases. If you wish to pay cash (NO CHECKS) at pick-up, there will be NO surchage applied. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before removal of items. For buyer's requiring shipping, please contact us at wbauctioneerservice@gmail.com to request shipping after receiving your invoice. 2. All unpaid/unclaimed winning bids will be charged to the card on file the day following the scheduled pick-up. We will not charge the card on file until after the scheduled pick-up, giving buyers a chance to pay cash to avoid the 3.5% credit card surcharge. Buyers have ten (10) business days after completion of sale to pick-up winning bids, unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit/debit card, including buyer's premium, surcharges, sales tax, or shipping costs. No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Buyer is responsible for removal of all purchased lots. Unclaimed items will be re-sold, unless prior arrangements have been made. 5. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance/equipment is not provided, any tools/help needed for moving/dismantling purchased items must be supplied by the purchaser. Shipping is available on smaller items (NO bulk lots, furniture, etc.) at the buyer's expense. All items shipped will be insured, buyer is responsible for any claim due to carrier mishandling. WB Auctioneer Service assumes no liability on purchased items. The buyer assumes and agrees to indemnify and hold the auction company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to fitness or use of the item being purchased. Persons attending during viewing, sale, or removal of items assume all risks associated with damage or loss to person and property. Attendees specifically release and indemnify WB Auctioneer Service from liability therefore. Neither WB Auctioneer Company nor its principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises at which the sale is held. 7. Everything is sold "AS IS--WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final.
