Our seller has decided it's time to move on to other interest and is offering the following personal property items and real estate at public auction Saturday August 26th. 2023 The auction will begin at 10am with the real estate being offered at 11am. Directions: Take Hwy 282 to the Intersection of Hwy 282 and Hwy 60 at Rudy, AR. Continue North on Hwy 60 to OLD 81 Loop, stay on OLD 81 Loop until you arrive at INSPIRATION WAY Turn West on INSPIRATION WAY and follow to 9119 Inspiration Way. Auction Signs will be posted. Real Estate Terms and Conditions: 3 Bedroom, Two Bath, Double Wide Mobile Home sitting on 1 acre. This home is located in Rural Crawford County and only minutes from either Van Buren or Alma, Ar. Also the property is conveniently close to the I-49 Exit at Rudy, AR. which is approximately 30 minutes +/- South of Fayetteville, Ar. If you are looking for a rural home as an investment or rental property or just looking for a convenient get away this could be your ideal location. The property will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Condition at the time of auction. All bidders agree to make any and all property inspections prior to the day of auction. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the purchase upon a successful closing of the transaction. Should a buyer default on the purchase for any reason the deposit will be forfeited. Payment Terms and Conditions: We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID, We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment. Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total. Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only. Restroom and Concessions will be available day of auction.
