We are pleased to bring to you an outstanding auction with many different type of items.  We will not only be selling some great farm equipment which will include at least two 14ft. Grain Bins that have already been disassembled.  We will also have a fantastic variety of Antique Items.  Our sellers had plans to start an antique store, but do to life changes that dream was never fulfilled.  We have hundreds of items boxed up that we haven't been able to see yet, so this is going to be a treasure hunt of an auction. Directions:  Take Mulberry Exit #24 to Hwy 215, Go North on 215 .3 miles to Slate Hill Rd., Go West on Slate Hill Rd. One Mile and it will turn into Rock Creek Rd. continue 1.6 miles and turn Left (West) on Rock Creek Rd. and Go 2.2 miles to the auction location.

There are so many items we just cannot get to yet.  We will post more photos @ bordertownauctions.com as we begin the set up process for this auction. 

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction. All bidders are required to register and obtain a bidder's number to be used at the auction.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All buyer's are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding. All sales are final. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived at the time of payment.
