Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Applicable taxes * Buyer's premium rate charged (15%). * Cash, Money Order, Check & Paypal Accepted in most instances. * Bullion & Coins Require Cash, Wire Transfer or Money Order Only. *Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of Auction Close * All purchases must be paid for (or contact with arrangements, such as the money order is in the mail) within 36 hours of auction's close. *Absentee Bids will be bid in a competitive manner. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or not excecute any absentee bid at his own discretion. * Internet & Webcast Auctions: Robert Wilson, Auctioneer, reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *When the auctioneer says sold, bangs the gavel or gives other such visual or verbal affirmation of an ended lot, the high bidder is responsible for purchase of the item *All items are considered with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise in advertisements or during announcements on the day of sale. *Auctioneer may remove a lot at any time up until and including the auction itself. *RESERVES: Each item may have a confidential minimum/reserve price established by Robert Wilson, Auctioneer. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer (or designated staff person) may bid on behalf of the consignor at the auction up to the reserve or minimum. If bids on a lot fail to reach the reserve, the lot will be "bought in." *All auction staff are allowed to bid on their own behalf unless otherwise noted *Please hold up your bid card for identification when Auctioneer says "SOLD". You will be responsible for all items charged to your bidder number. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid from a bidder whose conduct, actions, or comments are deemed not in the best interest of the auction, its consignors/sellers or bidders. *Announcements on the day of the auction sale take precedence over all written terms & conditions. *All Bidders must meet Auctioneer's qualifications to bid. Any Bidder who is not a client in good standing of the Auctioneer may be disqualified at Auctioneer's sole option and will not be awarded lots. Such determination may be made by Auctioneer in its sole and unlimited discretion, at any time prior to, during, or even after the close of the Auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to exclude any person from the auction. Any person participating or registering for the Auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Auction. Pickup available the following Monday through Thursday after Auction Close. Please contact to arrange pickup. Shipping is available for a minium charge of $10.00 - cost will be based on your location and package weight & dimensions.

Auction Contents of Local Mechanic Shop - owner passed away, was a working garage up until the last few months. All items are sold as-is but again were part of a working mechanic shop until very recently. Snap-On, MAC, Hunter and many other top brand tools and equipment are up for sale. See list and pictures for available items. Pickup times will be emailed to winning bidders immediately following auction close, approximately 9pm to 10pm - there will be specifc slots, please check your email and/or call me. Shipping will be available on some lots, anything requiring a lift gate/truck will not be shipped. Cash is preferred payment method, checks and credit cards will only be accepted with prior approval to bidding - please contact auctioneer for said approval. The larger equipment, such as the alignment lifts & computers, will require pickup within 24 hours of auction close (July 22 Saturday), these instructions will be in the description with time setup in winning invoice email. Buyer's Premium Applies to all bidders - there is NO discount for pickup. Sale's Tax will be charged for all items save for the tire adjustment equipment, lifts and other large items, which will require the afformentioned arranged pickup from a different location (all of which will be notated in item descriptions).
