No item shall leave the premises without proof of a paid invoice. Payment Terms and Conditions: We Accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID. We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment. Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoiced total. Payments made with the use of Cash of Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items puchased only. All Sales are Final including the purchase of the Real Estate at Auction. Restroom and Concessions will be available day of auction.
