This is a benefit auction. That means all bids are fixed. When you enter a max bid the computer will automatically take the high bid to that price. Example: Bid is currently at $30, you enter $55, the new current bid is $55 Registration: a) Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you click the "Register to Bid" button, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Auction Depot. b) Registering to bid is free. You must provide a credit card during registration. This card will be charged for any items you are high bidder on. Amount charged will include high bid price, Bidding: a) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. b) Most items are sold without reserves, minimums or limits. Auction Depot expressly forbids owners and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. Any items with a reserve will be declared so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price that must be met for the item to sell. c) Auction Depot reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Condition of Items: a) Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Descriptions are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item BEFORE they submit a bid. b) APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company or the third-party appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Opinions of value and quality of stones can vary greatly among "experts" based on current market conditions, availability in the market place, geographical location, gemological equipment types, method of grading and the evaluator's training. Such variances do not constitute any error on either evaluator. Auction Depot LLC does not warranty any opinion of value. As is customary in the jewelry business, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size and grade only, not actual value. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit. Responsibility and Ownership: a) Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. b) Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist, but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone. Payment: a) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. b) Payment must be made within 48 hours after conclusion of auction c) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Firearms: You must complete a 4473 and pass a NICS background check to take possession of firearms in this auction. Out of state buyers - firearm will be shipped to FFL license holder only. If you believe you cannot pass a NICS background check, DO NOT BID. If you do not pass the NICS background check, the Buyer's Premium will still apply and not be refunded. Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or understand any of these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT BID. Auction end time may be extended at any time for any reason.

Our Lakeland Hawk Wrestlers need partners in our community to help cover the expenses with purchasing new wrestling mats for their new wrestling room. The room is not only used for High Schoolers but the Little Guy Club wrestlers as well. With over 100 athletes between both programs you can have the opportunity to play a role in the growth of these athletes.
