Please know that once you bid online, we aren't able to cancel your bid. All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, Shipping is available but can be expensive, Pickup Perferred. with NO REFUNDS. All lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. We use a "soft close" auction, which means if you are bidding on an item and someone else makes a last minute bid, the auction will be extended for an additional time ( 1min) , allowing you to make a counter bid. 38Buckley Auctions uses the services of Hibid auction platform for online bidding. Please refer to Hibid�s website for how to register and bid online. Buyer is responsible for all online bidding. 38Buckley Auctions cannot place bids for the buyer as the buyer must properly register and bid through the Hibid platform. 38Buckley Auctions or any of its staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any human or technical bidding errors, or internet bidding system shutdowns that may occur. Maryland Sales Tax of 6% collected unless tax ID number is on file, please email or call to have your tax ID # entered BEFORE close of the auction. We also will accept cash & cashier�s check upon pickup of your purchased items, please message or call us if you wish to pay with cash or check BEFORE close of the auction. We will process all payments after the final lot is sold. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. BIDDERS WHO DO NOT PAY BY THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE AUCTIONS. PICKUP - We are open for pick up by appointment only Thursday, Friday & Saturday August 17, 18 &19th . Must call 443-350-1248 to schedule your time for pickup, time slots will be available from 9am to 5pm Thurs. thru Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt when picking up, bring boxes and packing materials. Any Items not picked up by August 19th 5PM are consider abandoned, Parking is on Buckley Ave. by the glass door. - Please try to meet your appopintment time.
