The Buyer shall be responsible to Happy Trails Auctions LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. LOADING: Happy Trails Auctions LLC, anyone working for us, or the owners of the property being sold are not responsible for anything that might get broken or damaged during the of loading of your items even if they are helping load them. All risk of damage to items is assumed by the buyer once the auction has ended. If items are broken the customer is still responsible for paying for them and no refunds or returns will be given for any reason.
