*BUYERS PREMIUM: all items have a 10% Buyers Premium added to the final bid amount to determine the final selling price. An item with a final bid amount of $100 will have a final selling price of $110.
*LOAD OUT: all winning bidders will receive an email at the conclusion of the auction with a link to sign up for check out. Check out will occur on Thursday, July 20 from 3p-7p at your scheduled time. Bidders, or someone in their proxy must arrive at their scheduled time to pick up and pay for their items (if card not automatically charged). If you cannot make the Load Out date and time, please refrain from bidding.
*BRING HELP: if you purchased an item that is too heavy or large for you to carry yourself, then please bring loading help. Our staff is there to direct you to your winning items and help make sure that items are correctly claimed..but we are not able to help you load.
*INSPECTION: an inspection is scheduled for Sunday, July 16 from 2p-4p. No other inspections are likely.
Bidders must rely on this inspection to determine value.
*PAYMENT: payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. Credit cards on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction unless specifically stated otherwise. Credit Card transactions incur an additonal 3% service fee.
*BINDING BIDS: all bids are binding and enforced so make sure you don't let your children or pets near your computer with the browser open to our auction.
*AS-IS: all items are sold AS-IS meaning you're buying them in their present condition, good-bad-otherwise. Leist Auctioneers is not responsible for the condition of any items.
*SHIPPING: we will NOT ship large or inconsequential items. Small, easily transported items of reasonable value can be shipped. ALL SHIPPING is through PakMail in Gaylord, MI. For shipping quotes, please contact PakMail for an estimate. Leist Auctioneers will transport reasonable items to the PakMail store free of charge.

Online estate auction for Dale Hutzler. Dale was a long time and well known resident of Boyne City. He enjoyed his collectible Zimmer car and Chris Craft boat and collecting unique local maritime items. To help settle the estate, Leist Auctioneers has been contracted to conduct an online auction. Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding and be available for the scheduled load out. Our schedules are very tight and the family does not live in the area so expediting load out is a priority. 1 SHIPPING We will ship small items of value via PakMail in Gaylord, MI. These items must not be difficult to handle, and must have a value that is commiserate with the effort and time required to transport. Starts right up and runs out nicely. Was Dale's pride and joy and it looks the part. 11 1956 Chris Craft Sportsman 17' Mahogany Boat has not been in the water in 10 years, but was running when stored away. Has been inside, under cover since then. Some debris on the floor, but otherwise clean and appears to have a good, solid floor. Seat cushions appear to be in good condition. Som... 12 1983 Tiara 26' Boat last in the water about 4 years ago. Trailer sells with the boat and will need tires aired up before moving. Could use new tires for longer distance travel. Boat is fairly clean on the inside and appears in good order. Has not been started or ran in ... 13 2000 Chrysler Town & Country starts and runs, all wheel drive 14 El Camino Restoration Project motor is in, metal looks fairly straight. Good restoration prospect 20 Civil War Sword -Noncommissioned Officer marked "US" and "Emerson & Silver Trenton, NJ" on base of blade. Marked DFM on handle. Appears to be in good condition. Markings not as clear as Lot 20. 22 Knights of the Maccabees Belt and Russian Dagger KOTM belt with silver (likely sterling silver, but we were unable to find markings to confirm) buckles and medals.
