Auction live bidding starts June 22, 2023 first lot closes June 29, 2023, 1:00PM. 1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE AUCTION START) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases, plus any sales taxes that apply. If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at 1901 S 12th St. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will be Friiday June 30th 12-4, Saturday July 1st 10-2, Sunday July 2nd 12-3, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10-3:30. If you require a different pick up time, additional costs may apply if we need to pull staff off another job to meet at this location for your convenience. If you are picking up furniture: Furniture will be located on the loading dockr. BRING YOUR OWN LABOR! We cannot always help with loading furniture. (Furniture buyers are welcome to call 215-444-5353 for other options.) There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements, we can recommend a shipper to you.
