Yard Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM & Saturday 8AM-1PM. RES Yard will be closed Monday, July 3rd & Tuesday, July 4th. Preview: Items will be available for preview Monday, June 26th - Wednesday, June 28th 9AM-5PM. Removal Date & Times: Items will be available for pick up Thursday, June 29th - Friday, July 7th. RES Yard will be closed Monday, July 3rd & Tuesday, July 4th. Shipping is available at buyer's expense, unless stated otherwise in lot description. Terms: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium & 6.5% sales tax applied to each purchase, unless tax exempt. All bidding through RES.bid.
