Terms: This is an Online Auction.  Payment must be made, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on location at (Address posted preview day), Fort Collins, CO 80526 on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 PM.  You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment.  Please do so. Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments.  Sales tax applies.  Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds.  Nothing removed until paid for.  All announcements auction day take precedence over any other.  Not responsible for accidents.  SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS ON SHIPPED HIGH-VALUE ITEMS: Due to increased fraud, purchasers of gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who want their purchases shipped, MUST pay with a bank wire or other certified funds.  Credit card payments of any kind will not be accepted.  No returns will be accepted for any reason.  Come inspect the items in person.

Inspection:  This is an Online Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You may inspect the items onsite at (Address posted preview day), Fort Collins, CO 80526 on Thursday, June 15, 2023, 12:00 Noon - 5:30 PM.  We try to describe items as well as possible, but inspecting them in person is still best.

Load-out: Payment, item pickup and load-out for this Auction is on location at (Address posted preview day), Fort Collins, CO 80526 on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 PM.  You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment.  Please do so.  Items cannot be removed until they are paid for.   Everything must be paid for by 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023, or your credit card on file will be charged at that time.  Items not picked up during this load-out period (or shipped to you) will have a charge of $100.00 per invoice and a handling charge of $25.00 per lot per day added to the total due as well as moving & storage charges.  Everything must be out of this facility by 5:00 PM, Sunday, June 18, 2023, unless special arrangements have been made with RMEB.  

Shipping: We ship almost anything, anywhere at your expense.  Large, bulky or hard-to-pack items are very expensive to ship.  If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE, please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 11:30 AM on Friday, June 16, 2023, to arrange payment and shipping.  RMEB ships most items from its in-house shipping department.  If you are concerned about shipping costs, as you should be, contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
