Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using Hessney bid cards, placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place first bid:
** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. We cannot remove tax once the card has been processed.
** Local Pick up Only- Items must be picked up on the stated pick up day- you the buyer agrees to this when placing your bids.NO EXCEPTIONS. Hessney Auction Co will not be bringing any item back to our facility no matter the size. Please be aware of pick up date and times!**
** Note all terms and conditions, we reccomend be previewed in person- All items are sold "AS IS"

Bidding will end Thursday, August 29 starting at 4pm.
**This is a staggered CLOSING. This means the auction will begin to close at 4:00 pm with 20 seconds between each lot. * Payment: Emails will be sent out after the entire auction has closed Thursday evening, the credit card you registered with will be run or you can request a wire transfer-
* Visa, M/C, Discover, or wire transfer with a 13% buyer's premium and tax will be on every purchase
