Auction Terms & Conditions Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders.
By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction without exception. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday June 23rd at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card use). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. This is an online only auction. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION!! All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid.
Auctioneer's Note - This auction is not held at our location. All activities for this auction will take place at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. This includes all Open Houses, Pick up and payment times. Also there is absolutely no shipping options available for this auction without exception.

This is the 21st year for the Blue Water Area Humane Society Benefit Auction and the second Auction for 2023. Again the donations that have come in do not disappoint. Included in this auction you will find antiques, housewares, collectibles, tools, sporting goods, dolls, toys, pet supplies, electronics and more. Everything for this auction has been donated and money will go to the Society for thier operating budget that is run strictly by donations and events like this. Please bid high, bid quick and bid often to help this very worthy cause.
Public Open House and Preview will be Saturday June 17th from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Tuesday June 20th from 2:00pm until 7:00pm at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. . Please Contact Nancy Collins at (810) 434-6222 if you have any questions.
Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday June 22nd, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday June 23rd, 2023 from 1000 am until 4:00 pm EST. These are the only times items may be paid for and picked up. Please follow signs to the side door of the building for Payment then you will be directed to the rear of the building to pick up your items. We will be pulling all orders and delivering them curbside at the rear of the building. We will only be allowing customers inside the building if absolutely needed.
