Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Within a couple of hours after the auction completely closes, winning bidders should receive an email with an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases attached. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (4% convenience fee added if by card) at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details & info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. To bid you must check a box that indicates you agree to the to the terms of the auction that state that if you bid, you will pay and pick up your winnings during the designated time. If you do not have your items picked up during the designated time, you will not be allowed to bid in our future auctions, and you may find other Hibid Auctioneers reluctant to allow you to bid in their auctions as well. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctioneer's auctions as well.
