There will be no transport to and from the other auction locations, pick for this auction will be at this address only or we can ship product via the terms and conditions. If it says new you can buy it as new. if it says appears new then we looked at it just as you see it in the picture and it is AS I. If we say Tested then we tested it for a few seconds does not mean a 1 year warranty, and if we say untested that doesn't mean it doesn't work it means we did not test it! May 31st from 7:30-10am at 185 N Hetzler Ct Angola, IN 46703. There are NO OTHER pick ups for this auction so please plan accordingly or contact me before you bid if pick up times will be an issue. If you have not done so or have not made other arrangements with the auction staff within 24 hours of the final pick up window, your credit card on file at Proxibid will be charged for the product and all other fees associated with the auction. If you have not picked up your items within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction, then your items will be sold for storage fees and 100% of the proceeds will go to the auction company. If you are a customer from outside a 2 hour travel time from the auction site and you wish to pick up your items rather than have them shipped, you must contact the auction staff before the auction or within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction to notify us of your pick up intentions or it will be assumed you want us to ship them. If you are a customer who requires shipping, your items will be packed and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. Product will be shipped to the shipping address on file with Proxibid, unless you notify the auction company within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction. There is no additional fee for packing your items if they are small enough to ship Fed Ex, we charge you what they charge us. We will bill your card on file with Proxibid for your shipping and product within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction unless you notify us of other intentions prior to the auction. If your purchase is too large to ship Fed Ex Express, we will take it to a 3rd party shipping company to have it shipped and bill your card for those packing and shipping fees once we are invoiced by them. If you refuse shipment you will still be expected to pay for the items and shipping fees.
