We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked. For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures, direction from government agencies, or any other reason deemed appropriate by True Grit Auction Services. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. If your card on file is declined and you fail to show up to pay and pickup your items, you will be banned from future auctions. If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up or do not bid. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time. Auction company does not have staff on hand to load.
