These extensions are based on bid activity at the time of close. Items close in numerical order. 13) Outbid Notification: Bidders will be notified via email when they have been outbid. Please note that email notifications may be delayed due to internet connections/speed and the bidder is responsible for tracking their bids. Neither the company providing the software or Shirey Farms Auction Services shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications may be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Shirey Farms Auction Services. 17) Buyer assumes responsibility and risk of loss or damage at the time the item is declared sold. Buyers are responsible for making sure that all items purchased are accounted for before leaving the designated pickup location.
