PPR will haul lots from the basement to the entry of the garage. You are responsible for packing and loading your items from this point on. If you have furniture or large bulky items please bring help, PPR may not be available to assist in loading your vehicle or truck. Please bring your own boxes, tools, packing material and dollies if required, PPR does not supply. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be delivered only on presentation of paid bill. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed, but shall have the option to remove and store at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased, but not paid for and removed within the time aforesaid. If your pick-up is being done by anyone other than you, a transport or trucking company, you must notify us prior and they must have a copy of your paid receipts (NO EXCEPTIONS) and follow the pick-up in person procedures above. PPR will not do any packing, you have to make arrangements with the transport or trucking company that you are using. 1.
