A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees. A minimum of $1000 will be applied. We turn all non-payment bidders over to our collection agency and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you can't or do not intent to pay for the items you win. If there is a charge back on items you bid on, you will be charged $1000 plus court cost. TERMS OF THE SALE All sales of items are sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. No guarantees, expressed or implied is given on any item. The auctioneer if not responsible for the condition of the items sold. It is the bidders responsible to determine the condition, value, genuineness of the item they are bidding on. You as the bidder are the judge of the items value. PAYMENTS We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Cashier's Check, debit cards and cash. Surcharges for all credit/debit cards will be 4.5%. Cash and checks will not be charged a surcharges. We will be emailing an invoice within 3 days of the ending of the auction. The email will list your purchases and any shipping and handling charges. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of bidder receiving their invoice. Payments must be received and cleared before any items is shipped or picked up. SHIPPING We can ship worldwide. Packaging, shipping and insurance on all item will be available to all won bids. Most items will be package by us. Some items that are unusually shaped or require special packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, all items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed.
