Immediately upon the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate purchase contract and to deposit with RE Boker/Auctioneer, a nonrefundable earnest money payment of 15% (fifteen percent) of the total purchase pricel The nonrefundable earnest money payment will be made payable to the the closing agency, Lyman County TItle Company, Kennebec, SD.
