It will sell to the highest bidder soon, so check back often to make sure you haven’t been outbid….or better yet…….Enter your max bid and let the computer do the work! The unit must be emptied and swept clean within three (3) days following the auction close. The deposit of $100 will be included in your invoice and is refundable upon completion. This unit Sells with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax.
Auction Close:
Bring a Truck, Bring Your Trailer and Bring a Lock we will switch locks with you and give you the code for entry. You have until April 30th to make it “Rental Ready” by sweeping clean. Send me text/photo and I will confirm with unit manager. Deposit will be sent your way upon completion.
