Missouri residents who can LAWFULLY (18+ Long Guns and 21+ Handguns) purchase a firearm will process through a local FFL.   Non-Missouri Residents will be subject to FFL Background check. Firearms will be transferred to a FFL in the state of residence. There will be a $20 per gun handling fee as well as the FFL transfer fee.  Out of state purchases must be paid via wire transfer to include the handling and FFL transfer fee and all shipping.
