BUYERS MUST PAY YOUR INVOICE ASAP AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS. Otherwise, CARDS ON FILE WILL BE PROCESSED BY END OF PICK-UP DAY. BRING HELP to load large and/or heavy/bulky items. All items must be removed without damaging property. Buyer will be responsible for any damage caused while removing items from the property. BUYERS will be required to load ALL items into their vehicle. BRING ALL TOOLS AND ASSISTANCE YOU MAY NEED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Bidding is an intent to purchase. BUYERS are legally bound to pay for items you’ve won and PICK UP ITEMS ON PICK-UP DAY DURING PICK-UP TIMES! If you do not pick up on pick-up day BUYERS will be charged $5 per day for storage.
