Credit card required for registration. Credit card on file will be automatically charged at the end of the auction. Please be sure sufficient funds are available. Items remaining unpaid after 24 hours of auction end will become property of the title company & may be resold.
Items are sold as is, where is. No guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions are provided as a guide for the buyer but are in no way guaranteed. Buyers are to make their determination of condition. You are purchasing all items contained in the lot - no picking through & leaving items behind.
Local pickup by appointment on Thursday, May 4, 8 am - 7 pm and Friday, May 5, 8 am-4 pm. Customers with confirmed appointments will take priority over customers showing up without an appointment.
NO SHIPPING. Items are located near Bryan, OH and can be picked up on advertised days only. Absolutely no other pickup days are available. If you cannot make these dates/times, do not bid or find someone else to pick up your item(s). Items remaining after load out become property of the auction company and may be resold.
THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING THEIR OWN ITEMS. Staff will be available to help identify which items were purchased only. Buyer should come to load out prepared with any tools, packaging & extra help they may need to load out.
Exact location will be released to winning bidders on their invoice.
Lots will close at a rate of 3 per minute (1 every 20 seconds). EXTENDED BIDDING: Bidding on an item will reset to 1 minute any time there is a bid placed with 59 seconds or less left on the clock. Internet speeds can vary and the auction company will not be help responsible for any lags or delays in the bidding. Bidders are encouraged to utilize the "max bid" feature to ensure their bids are submitted in a timely manner.
