Terms & Conditions – SELLER -Tailgate- • Must register with valid driver’s license to be a seller. • Registration fee entitles seller to one (1) designated spot. If additional spots are required, there will be a $5 additional fee. However, additional spots may not be contiguous to the seller’s primary location. • All registration fees are the property of the Southern Lehigh Living Memorial Park association. • Spots will be auctioned off in registration order. • There will be NO RESERVES. • Auctioneer reserves the right to set the opening bid as he deems appropriate, unless otherwise agreed upon with the seller. • Auctioneer reserves the right to not sell anything he believes is inappropriate or unsellable. • Payment will be in cash, AFTER your designated spot has been cleared, checked and you have received a “stamp of approval” from SLLMP staff. To be paid present your stamped slip to the cashier. Fees: $10/$15 registration fee 20% Commission on all auctioned items, (10% goes to the SLLMP) What cannot be sold at this tailgate: • Firearms. AUCTION PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license for bidding approval. FEES & TAXES: The following fees will be applied: 15% buyers premium (non-refundable); 6% state sales tax (unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate). METHOD OF PAYMENT: This is a CASH ONLY auction. RESERVES: There are NO reserves. PICKUP OF ITEMS: All items purchased are to be removed by the end of the auction. We will not hold or store items for you. RETURNS: There are no returns. Sold is Sold. ~ All items are sold AS-IS, as pictured, with no guarantee express or implied. ~ All sales are final. There are no returns or right of refusal. ~ All bids will be considered a binding agreement under PA law. ~ We reserve the right to withdraw any item(s) prior to hammer fall. ~ We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder, acknowledged by the auctioneer, will be the purchaser. ~ In case of unforeseen difficulties, such as weather, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and/or extend the auction to another date and/or time ~ Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all terms.
