AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated pickup times then you will have forfeited your items and tilte will revert back to the seller. No refunds will be issed for abandoned items, no exceptions. If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up or do not bid. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time. Auction company does not have staff on hand to load. We have been asked by the Greenbrier Police Department to sell their seized and recovered property as well as older equipment they are disposing of. Preview day is Sunday, March 26th 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, we highly recommend that you come and check the condition of the items you wish to bid on. All items are being sold as is with no guarantees. Guns are being sold to Arkansas residents only and background checks will be done on all successful bidders of firearms. All items are local pickup only on Saturday, April 1st from 10:00AM - 2:00 PM, if you cannot pickup items on this day then please do not bid. In order to bid on guns all registered bidders will have to email us a date of birth and a drivers license number, so that background checks can be done on successful bidders.
