The auction will be held on site at the store. The "official" address is 101 Simms Avenue, La Plata, MD. However, for better results you may use 101 Kent Avenue, La Plata, MD. The store is just off of Kent Avenue (road near the Port Tobacco Players Theater. AUCTION REGISTRATION AND PREVIEW: Auction registration and preview will begin at 7 am the day of the auction. There will be NO other times for auction preview prior to auction day. TERMS: Cash, Check (w/ appropriate ID and approval from auction staff), Credit/Debit Cards (with an additional 3% fee) Accepted. Ten percent buyer's premium on all purchases. MD Sales Tax applies to all purchases unless a Maryland Sales Tax Number/Documentation is provided at time of registration. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: Most all items should be removed day of auction (after payment). For larger items, please see an auction staff member to make arrangements with the owners for pick up after auction day. |
