Terms and Conditions This will be our spring consignment auction featuring mainly farm equipment, construction, trucks and trailers. Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00 and Day of sale from 7:00am to 9:00am By registering as an Internet Buyer, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Buyer's Premium: 5% on all items capped at $1500. You will not pay any more than $1500 in buyer's premium per item. (Examples: winning bid is $3000 plus $150 premium, winning bid is $50,000 plus $1500 premium) Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer to be approved. Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email. Please also check spam or junk email for winning notifications. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment and pick-up. Payments must be paid in FULL within 5 Business days - No later than the following Friday upon completion of the auction. Pick-up and payment may be done at same time if paying by cash. NO EXCEPTIONS Any equipment not picked up by the deadline will be charged a $25 per day per piece storage fee. Payments can be made via the following methods: Cash: No holds on payment and pickup can be made at same time. Wire Transfer: All Winning bids over $1000 are wire transfer only. Wire Fee of $25.00 for domestic and $70.00 for out of USA will automatically be charged. Check: Checks, cashier’s check or money order are all subject to a 4-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. Credit Card: A 3.99% fee will be added to all credit card payments. Applicable Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots. Bidders will be exempt from Sales Tax if they provide an Indiana tax exemption status form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State. Items must be picked up by April 7th or there will be a $25.00/day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to customer. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. All shipping quotes are a $20.00 fee. ANY labor involved with shipping and/or loading with be billed at $85.00 per hour. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF US. Any buyers outside of US are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents. We encourage self-inspections before bidding on any item. All Items Are Sold “AS IS WHERE IS”. All equipment is sold "As Is" with no guarantees. All sales are final.
