If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! You the bidder should make the call as to what the item is, otherwise we would have to list by photo only with no description. However, if I mess up on something (Example) if I call something Sterling and it is actually SilverPlate, I will make it right with you!!! ALWAYS check each item before you leave. Once you leave, the item is yours. Items shipped, if you find damage, you must report it to me within 48 hours of the tracking number showing delivered.
