Highlights/Auctioneers Note:
Oh My!  65+/- years on the farm and now everything must be sold.  So large we had to break it up into (2) TWO Sessions.  Name your own price and bid to buy in both and only make one trip to the auction side for both sessions.  Session #2 will focus on the garage/shop, outbuildings, and pasture and all the antiques, collectibles, beer & liquor memorabilia, tools, tools and more tools plus a 1930 Ford model A.  We’ve only got one reserve in the house on the Model A and it’s more than reasonable so we fully expect it to sell.  Everything else Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax.

The cars, implements, and bulk lots may be picked up by appointment. Winning bidders should bring their own boxes and packing material.  We will have staff on hand to assist with loading, but they will not assist with loading the pianos, vehicles, or implements. There is no forklift, bobcat, wench, or other machines to load the large items, so winning bidders must bring their own loading equipment. There will be an appliance cart on site to assist with loading the appliances. Buyers of bulk lots are not responsible to take all items, and may leave what they do not want, but are responsible to load the unwanted items in the dumpster or trash trailer that will be on site. Due to the size of this auction, and how the items are spread out throughout the property, bidders will be escorted 5-6 at a time with staff to locate their items, so please be patient.
