1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) There will be no preview for this auction. 3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger then a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick-up time. 5) Pick-ups will be at The property in Heathsville on Tuesday February 21st from 10am-3pm. You may come anytime during the pick-up window but all items must be picked up during the pick-up times. There are no other pick-up times. Any items not picked up will be deemed abandoned and treated as such. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items.
