Auction Terms & Conditions: (a) Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you click the "Register to Bid" button, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Ageless Auctions. (b) Registering to bid is free. You must provide a valid credit card during registration. This card will be charged for any items you as the high bidder win. Amount charged will include high bid price, Buyer's Premium and any applicable sales tax. (c) Sales tax applied to invoice total, including Internet Premium (15% Buyer's Premium for Credit Cards - 12% buyer's Premium for Cash) (d) Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding. Payments accepted are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Zelle & Wire Transfers. Some lots (gold, silver (bullion, jewelry, trading cards & others) may require wire transfer or Zelle for payment of winning lot(s) plus shipping & processing. Any auction balance over $250, by a bidder, may require Zelle or Wire Transfer. Additionally, all shipped lots to addresses other than your billing address of record and/or Hibid.com accounts under 6 months of age, may be required to be paid by Zelle or wire transfer. Bidding: (a) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. All items sold as is and All sales are final. (b) Most items are sold without reserves, minimums or limits. Ageless Auctions expressly FORBIDS owners and/or consignors and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. (c) Ageless Auctions reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Successful bidders are required to pay a Buyer's Premium on each item purchased. The Buyer's Premium is 15% on this auction. 12% for cash). Condition of Items: (a) All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS'. We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions (see section (b) below - under Condition of Items). We recommend visiting our gallery (8259 Blaikie Court Sarasota, FL 34240) to inspect any items you would like to buy before bidding during auction previewing hours. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf. Auction Schedule: Opens - Wednesday February 1st, 2023 @4pm Begins Closing - Thursday - February 9th, 2023 @4pm Open for previewing: February 9th, 2023 - 12pm - 3pm (b) Ageless Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction closes without liability. (c) Some items are sold with a *72 hour guarantee (If an Item has a guarantee, it will show at the bottom of the lot description). These items must be returned within that time period to qualify for a refund, or the sale becomes final. The guarantee covers the electronic portion of the item; it does not cover any cosmetic or other flaws the item may or may not have. (The Ageless Auctions *72 hour guarantee does not apply to any lot/item shipped). (d) No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. (e) Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Descriptions are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item BEFORE they submit a bid. (f) APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company or the third-party appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Ageless Auctions does not warranty any opinion of value. (g) Resellers must submit a valid 2023 resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase(s) immediately. (b) Removal: Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from the auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel. Check out/Pickup: Friday February 10th, 2023 - 10am - 5pm (Appointments Only Please) - Saturday Februry 11th 2023 - 10am - 5pm (Appointments Preferred - Thank you) Sunday Februry 12th 2023 - 12pm - 3pm (Appointments Preferred - Thank you) Once the auction ends, an email/text will be sent through Shipping Saint asking you to choose either pickup or shipping and which appointment time is most convenient for you. If a bidder can not make the scheduled pickups, please email us at support@agelessauctions.com, so we can work on finding a solution. Any items not picked up during scheduled pickups MAY be subject to a storage and handling fee of $5 per lot per day. (b) Cards will automatically be charged once the auction ends UNLESS the bidder has sent an email requesting to pay cash before the auction has concluded. (c) Any items not paid for within 7 days (including weekends, holiday and business days) of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. (d) Any item remaining on premise 30 calendar days after the auction has closed, shall become property of Ageless Auctions without written notice provided to the winning bidder. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. (e) If Ageless Auctions cannot make available or deliver a clear title on a purchase, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price upon immediate return of the item. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was prior to the sale. (f) Buyer specifically WAIVES the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: (a) We provide in-house shipping and processing on items marked (shipping available). Items are shipped with UPS, USPS or FedEx. In-house shipping/pickup notifications may come through Shipping Saint. Ageless Auctions will bill the credit card on file with Hibid separately after we have packaged the items and know the exact shipping & processing costs. We will then send an email with how much your card was charged for shipping and your tracking number. You are always welcome to call or email us for additional shipping questions. Items NOT marked "shipping available" will need to use a 3rd party shipper to pickup, package & ship their lot(s). (b) Winning bidders who need shipping MUST notify us through email, within 24 hours of the close of the auction at support@agelessauctions.com stating they wish to have their items shipped. Bidder's may be contacted by email/text asking whether they are picking up or having their lots shipped. (c) For shipping cost estimates please email support@agelessauctions.com with your zip code and the lot(s) numbers you're interested in. Use of Site: (a) Ageless Auctions or its Sellers cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Ageless Auctions, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Ageless Auctions is Final. Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or understand any of these Terms and Conditions, Please DO NOT BID.
