If you want to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, etc. you MUST write this in the "notes to auctioneer" prior to registering for the auction. We will email a copy of your invoice before 10 am the day after the auction. Please send your etransfer once you receive your invoice or pay cash or debit when you arrive in the front office. If we have not received the alternate form of payment before 5 pm the day following the auction, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for the total invoice and the 2.4% surcharge applies for this auction. Any items not picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times will be considered abandoned and will be resold for storage fees. We will hold items for a maximum of 1 week from the date of the auction (items are NOT available after this time). Inspect all items prior to leaving the premise. Make sure you have ALL items. SHIPPING: If you would like your items shipped, please put "shipping required" in the "notes to auctioneer" upon registration for each auction. We are not able to give shipping quotes ahead of time as it is based on the location / size / weight of the item(s) once they are processed for shipping. Our MINIMUM shipping charge is $22.60 and it goes up from there. If you request shipping and then decide to cancel shipping AFTER it has already been processed there will be an admin fee of $16.95 charged for the work required to process the shipment. Unless told otherwise in writing, all shipments will be sent to the address you have on file. You are responsible to keep this up to date. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. SOFT CLOSE: Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY: We recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults.
