Payment MUST be made to Double R Auctions. We do NOT bill through Hibid. Payment Must be done in the three days after the sale closes. We accept e-transfer, cash, debit cards, credit cards, wire transfers and certified cheques. When buying firearms and/or ammunition you must have and present a valid PAL to purchase and pick up. When buying coins - grades are personal opinions and are subject to interpretation. Shipping when available, is at the buyers expense. You must contact us within two days after the sale closes to arrange shipping if you have not done so prior to the sale closing. Buyers Premium is at 10 percent and capped at 600.00 per lot. Please inspect items personally or call for more details to ensure the item is what you expect it to be. All Sales are final. We represent the items to the best of our ability for both buyer and seller - Bid with confidence. However - everything is sold as is, where is. There are no warranties or guaranties. We do not chase buyers for payment. If you bid and buy - it is your responsibility to get ahold of us and pay. If you do not pay, you will be blocked from future sales and your HiBid rating will be negatively affected. Items left after 21, will be deemed abandoned and will be dealt with by the auction company as they see fit. Double R Auctions or HiBid will not be responsible or held liable for any disruptions or missed bids due to system lags or malfunctions. We will not retract any bids for a buyer. We are NOT a storage facility, or a finance company! If you do not pick up storage fees will apply after seven days if prior arrangements were not made with the Auction Company.
