MASTER COMMISSIONER SALE Notice that this sale is per the Pulaski County Master Commissioner, whose contracts and legal bindings by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky supercede the Terms & Conditions aforementioned. All post auction business will be the responsilbity of the Master Commissioner. 1. TIME/DEADLINES Bidding for this begins LIVE & IN-PERSON on January 12, 2023 at 10:00AM, and no pre-bids will be accepted. The deadline for bidding is when the gavel ends the sale, and therefore does not have a specific deadline. 2. CATEGORIES Commercial 3. SOLD AS IS All property are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee either expresses or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. By bidding the Buyer understands there are no refunds, price adjustment, or changes, etc allowed. Failure of bidders to inspect does not give the bidder the right to make a claim against the lot.
