PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION, INCLUDING PAYMENT TERMS AND PICK UP LOCATION AS THEY ARE NOT OUR NORMAL WEEKLY AUCTION PROCESSES!!! Auction Location: at 5259 Airport Highway Toledo OH, 43615 All Items are and Considered "AS IS" per normal auction rules. THERE IS NO SHIPPING FROM THIS SALE!! After the closure of Hometown Buffet in 2020 Due t the Covid Pandemic Frayer Enterprises has contracted Columbia Auction Service to Offer the following items in an on-line auction format. If you have any questions please contact Matt Gibson at 260-609-0967 or auction Manager Aaron at 260-229-8949. For any Pre-Sale Inspection please contact Kevin Campbell the Property Manager at 419-376-2068 to set up an appt. All Pre-Sale inspections must be done before Dec. 23rd. The pick up window for this auction will be Thursday Dec. 29th from 9 until 4 pm EST. Buyers will be responsible for 100% of the disconnect and removal of the purchase from the premises and all tools and equipment needed to accomplish this. If arrangements for pick up cannot be met on Dec. 29th please contact Kevin Campbell at the number above for any other pick up times available. All Items must be removed from premises prior to January 6th or will be forfeited back to Frayer Enterprises with NO REFUND!! The Payment Terms for this auction shall be as follows: 14% Buyers Premium on all purchases Credit Card on File at Proxibid will be billed immediately at the conclusion of the sale. No Other forms of payment are being accepted for this sale without prior to bidding consent of the auction staff ONLY.
